What We Do

We deliver drama-based training and bespoke workshops, led by professional actors and experienced facilitators, helping organisations across different sectors build resilience to support wellbeing in the workplace.

Wellbeing Workshops

Interactive, drama-based training to equip your managers and employees with the practical tools to support conversations about wellbeing.

A healthier workplace is built on the conversations you are open to have with your employees

Studies show that poor mental wellbeing costs employers in the UK an estimated £42 billion to £45 billion annually through sickness, absence and staff turnover*

For every £1 spent on mental health interventions in the workplace, employers get an average return of around £5*

How It Works

Our workshops create a practical, engaging learning experience that equips managers and employees with the tools needed to strengthen resilience and to foster empathetic conversations about wellbeing.

Experienced facilitators and trained actors bring real workplace scenarios to life in this interactive workshop. Participants observe, reflect, and challenge the behaviours they see. They share different perspectives and new approaches, which the actors then explore by replaying the scene.

Our workshops are tailored to your organisation’s needs and can be delivered online or in person.

Inclusive Conversations Workshops

Using drama-based training, our workshops help managers and employees to explore how unconscious bias can impact behaviours, decision making and the overall performance of a team.

Using drama-based training, our Inclusive Conversations workshop helps managers and employees explore how unconscious bias influences decisions, wellbeing, and overall team performance. It also shines a light on the behaviours that strengthen allyship in the workplace.

Inclusive Conversations is an interactive and reflective experience. Participants observe, discuss, and unpack everyday behaviours that influence how supported and included colleagues feel — helping teams build a more psychologically safe culture.

Conferences and Events

We deliver live performances that create meaningful conversations, audience engagement, and real-time learning to your conference and event.

Our scriptwriters and professional actors create bespoke live performances that initiate conversations about wellbeing and inclusion on stage.

How It Works

Each scene is followed by a guided discussion led by experienced facilitators. The audience is invited to observe, reflect on, and challenge the behaviours they see. This interactive session encourages the sharing of different perspectives and new approaches, which the actors then test by replaying the scene.

Who It's For

Our live sessions are tailored, interactive learning experiences designed for organisations hosting conferences and events.

Sol Clarke

Founder

Sol began his career as an apprentice electrician, working his way up to a project planner before transitioning into consultancy. After a decade working in high-pressure environments across multiple industries, including construction, he learned how to adapt, build resilience, and communicate with confidence. Sol’s experience shaped his understanding of how psychological safety supports both wellbeing and performance.

This philosophy sits at the heart of Replay the Culture; the training company he founded to help people communicate with empathy and strengthen resilience.

Sol’s mission is to create the culture of work so that everyone, at every level and from every background, feels seen, supported, and able to perform at their best.

This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:

Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)

…or something like this:

The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.
